Apply for MCA Teen Internship Program

Apply for MCA Teen Internship Program

Are you imaginative, responsible, a team player, hardworking, and fun-loving? Are you a current high school freshman, sophomore or junior? Well, it’s settled then! “Failure Lab,” the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver’s Teen Program, invites you to apply for its internship program for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. The deadline to apply is May 1, 2014.

Called the Failure Lab because “risking failure is an integral element of creativity,” the program is designed to provide teens with a unique opportunity to try out wild ideas. As a Failure Lab intern, you will work with museum professionals, interact with artists, and collaborate with other teens to organize exhibitions, programs, and free events for your peers. The next event, called the Teen Pop-Up Shop, will take place on Saturday, April 5th. It’s a great opportunity to check out the Failure Lab’s work up close!

P.S. At MCA Denver, admission to the museum is always FREE, everyday, for everyone 18 and under! Who knew? How cool is that?
